The Shoe Camaraderie is a one-day women's sandal making workshop, offering participants a relaxed environment to journey through the process of making their own custom fitting footwear.

Each workshop allows for a maximum of 6 students, providing Lisa enough time to guide everyone through the experience. Upon booking, you will be sent a style guide to choose from as well as sizing instructions on how to measure your feet. This information is used to set up each of the participants with the right sized shoemaking patterns and shoe-lasts.

The classes will be organised in major cities within Australia and NZ, but are not limited to these locations.

Each workshop will offer several styles to be made in black, tan or white. Once you have secured your spot in a workshop, Lisa will contact you directly to discuss your favourite style, colour choice and sizing so as to ensure the perfect fitting sandals. Meet Lisa

The Shoe Camaraderie was founded by shoemaker - Lisa Turnbull. Lisa has spent the last several years running her own business in the production and design of women's footwear with clientele throughout Australia, New Zealand, UK, France, Denmark and the US.

Lisa is an advocate for the slow fashion movement and the life-long pursuit of learning new things - here is where The Shoe Camaraderie is born. Through TSC Lisa creates a setting for like-minded individuals to meet, mingle and enjoy learning the introductory steps of shoemaking in a light-hearted and supportive environment.
