Night 1 - 8th April 2021
During the first night, we will measure your feet, and use that information to create custom-fitting insole templates, as well as choose the right size shoe patterns for you. And, if needed, we can adjust the patterns specifically for your feet!
Once we've moved through all the sizing steps, we will make your insoles, a.k.a your foot bed!
Night 2 - 15th April 2021
During the second evening, we will trace and cut your leather, and depending on your chosen style, attach buckles, do some hand-stitching, weave straps, whatever is needed. This is called "closing the upper".
Night 3 - 22nd April 2021
This is when we will start to form your sandals and you will see all your preparation come to life! By the end of this session, you will have attached the uppers (the part of the shoe that goes over the top of your foot) to your insoles and be happy with the position and fit!
Night 4 - 29 April 2021
On our final night together we are going to do all the soling activities which consist of attaching the randing (the stitched border that goes around your shoe), the soles and heels! We will then smooth the edges of our sandals to finish them off!
