What is the cancellation policy?

You are welcome to cancel at any time, however, the timing with depict whether you will get a full or partial refund. As a great deal of preparation goes into each workshop, cancellation must occur at least 2 weeks prior to a class for a full refund. This amount of time should allow for your space to be filled by someone else so that no loss has been incurred by The Shoe Camaraderie. Should you need to cancel within the two weeks prior to the workshop, you will receive a refund of 50% of the total workshop cost. Should you feel that you need to cancel during the two weeks leading up to the class, try to see if a friend might want to take your spot. 


Where are materials sourced from?

All materials are sourced within Australia and have been given the okay by Ethical Clothing Australia. Such suppliers are JA Brooks, East Coast Leather, Packers Leather, NSW Leather Co & Rhianna Shoe Products.


Can I order a pair without attending a workshop?

Yes, absolutely. Custom order footwear is made by Lisa Turnbull and starts at $365. The price can increase depending on the complexity of the design and whether you require the custom fit option. All styles that are available to make in the workshop are also available for order.
